As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I provide a compassionate and grounded approach to helping clients navigate the challenges that keep them feeling stuck—whether it’s anxiety, addiction, unresolved trauma, or relational struggles.

As an Arizona native who moved to the South on an athletic scholarship earning 2-time All American, Golden Glove, and National Championship runner-up titles, I know what living a disciplined, dynamic, sometimes isolating, and pressure-filled life is like.

My approach is honest, direct, engaging, and centered around helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy is a space where you get to tell the truth about your experiences. I use a blend of evidence-based and experiential modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices. I am also a certified sex addiction therapist who navigates this complexity alongside you.

My work is informed by deep clinical training and a genuine belief that healing is possible—especially when you’re willing to face the pain you’ve tried to ignore or manage alone. If you’re someone who feels the weight of performance, pressure, or past pain, I help you not only survive, but learn to thrive and live freely.

I work with adults and older teens, including individuals struggling with sexual addiction, codependency, anxiety, or spiritual disconnection. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and at times even a little humorous—because engaging with your story can be gritty, but it can also be life-giving. If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to explore how therapy could support your healing and growth.
